Apologies, but its kind of funny though

firstly i apologize if you received mass emails yesterday. i truly hope it didn't disturb you because i know it woke me up.

i just hired a Virtual Assistant from the Philippines as an experiment to help me with tasks such as uploading blog posts etc.

SO the VERY FIRST TASK I gave with step by step instructions was to add one blog post adding an inspirational quote that i chose.

well i heard my email going crazy last night and went to check and discovered my VA had sent 14 quotes i had already posted and some they added of their own.

perhaps this is a lesson in delegation that no matter how descriptive you think you've been there may be room for misinterpretation. This should not deter us however from delegating just from refining our workflows

so i blame me even though i think most people wouldn't have made the same mistake.
