Everyone apparently has a book inside them if they choose to write one. As a by-product of 21 years in the hospitality industry i'd like to write a book/pdf on customer service. No not a book on how to give great customer service. That's been done many times before by more qualified people than me, no, my book is on how to be a good customer. My belief is and hopefully the central theme is that, "Customer service will only improve when we become better customers" -Andrew Vaughan watch this space............
