Leadership mindset

I have been on a long journey trying to find some kind of unified theory or leadership......in other words one thing that makes all the other facets of leadership fall into place and happen easily, naturally and normally. Perhaps its the belief that my job is to help every individual get to the next level in their career, regardless of age or experience. This will of course require different approaches and skills for each individual with differing results depending on the motivation levels. If i can keep this mindset in every interaction I have, it will benefit me, the organisation and the individual involved....just a thought.
