Breakdown vs a breakthru

I suspect that there are waterparks out there in June operating at capacity right now and experiencing pool issues, guest complaints, call ins, time off requests, coaching and counseling of staff, as well as good things like revenue generation and happy guests.
We don't always see the positive first but the negative side we remember.
So as a reminder to myself and hopefully others,
"There's only a tiny distance between a breakdown and a breakthru"
