K.O.I.

What is KOI? No, not the fish that lives a very long time, but KEY OPERATING INDICATORS. I realized recently that if I were to evaluate a department, person or company, I would be able to tell how organised and efficient it was from just a few KOI. One of them would be, how well or consistently they communicated their accomplishments, news or updates. I can tell you right now the best department in your Aquatic Facility is just on this one thing. If they are clearly communicating information to others then they are definitely one of the best if not THE BEST.
